Website Terms of Use
- Purpose. This website provides general information about KW Premier, a Keller Williams real estate brokerage in Sacramento, and a way to contact us. Nothing on it is an offer, contract, or guarantee of any outcome, income, or business result.
- Accuracy. We work to keep information current, but it is provided “as is” and may change without notice.
- Apollo is an AI. Apollo, our website chat, is an AI agent. Its replies are general information, may contain errors, and are not legal, tax, or financial advice. A member of the KW Premier team can follow up on your request.
- Acceptable use. Please do not misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
- Content. Site content belongs to KW Premier or its licensors. Keller Williams marks are used under license. Each Keller Williams office is independently owned and operated.
- Links. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, KW Premier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

SMS Terms & Conditions
Program name
KW Premier Agent Notifications, sent by Apollo, KW Premier’s AI agent, from +1 (279) 263-8112. Operated by South Hall Investors, Inc. dba Keller Williams Realty (KW Premier).
Who receives messages
This is an internal, non-marketing program for real estate agents affiliated with KW Premier as independent contractors and for KW Premier leadership and staff. We do not text consumers or the public through this program. Submitting a form or chatting on this website does not enroll anyone in it.
Message types
- Transaction and disbursement status notices;
- Compliance and document reminders, including missing documents and license renewal or expiration;
- Training and meeting reminders;
- Internal office notices;
- For KW Premier staff: internal alerts that a new inquiry was submitted through this website.
How to opt in
Opting in is optional and is not a condition of affiliation or employment. We text only people who have opted in, in one of these ways:
- Reply YES to the Broker/Owner’s invitation text (primary method). KW Premier’s Broker/Owner personally texts each agent, one at a time, from his own mobile phone with this invitation:
“Hi [First Name], it’s Jon Barnato (KW Premier). I’d like to add you to KW Premier Agent Notifications: texts from Apollo, KW Premier’s AI agent, at (279) 263-8112 with commission and disbursement status, compliance/document and license reminders, training and meeting reminders, and office notices. Optional; not a condition of affiliation. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms: https://kwpremierrealty.com/terms Privacy: https://kwpremierrealty.com/privacy Reply YES to opt in.”
Replying YES is your consent. Each YES reply is logged (date and time, mobile number, and exact reply) as the consent record. Only then does Apollo text you from +1 (279) 263-8112, starting with this confirmation:
“Apollo, KW Premier’s AI agent: You’re subscribed to KW Premier Agent Notifications (commission, compliance, training & office updates). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Apollo never sends messages from the Broker/Owner’s personal phone.
- Text START to +1 (279) 263-8112. Texting START is your consent, and you will receive the same confirmation message.
- New agents may check an optional, unchecked box next to their mobile number in the KW Premier onboarding packet that reads:
“I agree to receive recurring automated texts from Apollo, KW Premier’s AI agent (South Hall Investors, Inc. dba Keller Williams Realty), at the mobile number above about commissions, compliance/document and license reminders, training/meetings, and office notices. Optional; not a condition of affiliation. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
We keep a record of each opt-in (the logged YES reply, the inbound START text, or the checked onboarding form) as proof of consent.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, text START to +1 (279) 263-8112.
