You’ll start with an orientation to get set up on systems and tools and learn how the Market Center works.
We’ll walk you through placing your license with our brokerage in DRE eLicensing, then help you set up your association, MLS and lockbox access, KW email and KW Command. Bring your DRE license details, a photo ID, your auto insurance information and a professional headshot.
A 30-60-90 day plan with coaching and accountability, plus Keller Williams training and the MREA models.
Launch Coaching gives newer agents three tracks to fit your schedule: Focus (full-time), Growth (dual-career or part-time) and Foundational (newly licensed or newly active), each with 1-on-1 coaching and weekly accountability.
