This Privacy Policy explains how South Hall Investors, Inc. dba Keller Williams Realty, doing business as KW Premier (“KW Premier,” “we,” “us”), a California real estate brokerage (CA DRE #01485473) located at 4080 Truxel Road, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95834, collects, uses, shares, and protects information. It covers (1) visitors to this website, kwpremierrealty.com, and (2) our internal text messaging program, KW Premier Agent Notifications, sent by Apollo, KW Premier’s AI agent.
Information We Collect
From website visitors
- Information you submit. If you fill out an interest card, booking request, or contact form, or ask Apollo (our website chat) to request a conversation, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, licensed status or years in business, current brokerage, what you’re looking for, best time to talk, and your message.
- How you reached us. Campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, UTM parameters), ad click identifiers, the landing page, and the referring page.
- Apollo website chat. The messages you type in the chat.
- Usage information. If analytics are enabled, standard device and browser information collected through cookies (see “Analytics and Cookies” below).
From participants in KW Premier Agent Notifications
- Name and mobile phone number of KW Premier’s affiliated agents and staff, including the mobile number used to opt in;
- Your text messaging consent record (date and time, opt-in method, the exact reply or form used, and opt-in/opt-out history);
- The content of messages we send to you and replies you send to us, with delivery status and timestamps;
- Business information needed to send relevant notices, such as transaction and disbursement status, compliance document status, license expiration dates, and training or meeting schedules.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry or request and to route it to the right member of the KW Premier team;
- To send the operational text messages described below to agents and staff who opted in, to respond to replies, and to honor STOP and HELP requests;
- To understand how the website is used and improve it;
- To operate our brokerage and meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
SMS / Text Messaging
Program. KW Premier Agent Notifications is an internal, non-marketing text messaging program operated by South Hall Investors, Inc. dba Keller Williams Realty (KW Premier). Messages are sent by Apollo, KW Premier’s AI agent, from +1 (279) 263-8112.
Who receives messages. Only real estate agents affiliated with KW Premier as independent contractors, and KW Premier leadership and staff, who have opted in. We do not use this program to text consumers or the public, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages through it.
Message types. Transaction and disbursement status notices; compliance, document, and license renewal reminders; training and meeting reminders; internal office notices; and, for KW Premier staff, internal alerts that a new inquiry was submitted through this website.
How consent is collected. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of affiliation or employment. A person opts in by replying YES to a personal invitation text from KW Premier’s Broker/Owner that describes the program, by texting START to +1 (279) 263-8112, or, for new agents, by checking an optional, unchecked text message consent box in KW Premier onboarding paperwork. We keep a record of each opt-in. See our SMS Terms for full details.
Website visitors. Submitting a form or chatting with Apollo on this website does not enroll you in any text messaging program.
Frequency, cost, and opting out. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The only exception is service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS platform provider and wireless carriers), which may receive mobile numbers and message content solely to provide that service. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
How We Share Information
- Within KW Premier. Inquiries are shared with the KW Premier leadership and staff members who handle them.
- Service providers. Companies that host this website, process form submissions, provide our AI chat, deliver text messages, or provide scheduling and analytics, each only to provide those services to us. Messages typed into the Apollo chat are processed by our AI service provider to generate replies.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell personal information. The text messaging commitments in the box above apply to all sharing.
Analytics and Cookies
We may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and how our ads perform. These services use cookies and may receive device and browser information under their own privacy policies. We do not use IP-based tools to identify individual visitors or their companies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you book a time through a scheduling link, that scheduling service collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
Apollo Is an AI
Apollo, on this website and in text messages, is an AI agent. Chat messages may be reviewed by KW Premier staff so a person can follow up. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as Social Security, bank, or health information) in chat or by text.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. We keep inquiries, consent records, and message logs as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Your Choices and California Privacy Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions, by using our contact form or calling the number below. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
This website and our text messaging program are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
